Refund & Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. After 28 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us to initiate any return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
